Luvenex is owned and operated by Tech Souls — see the Ownership Statement. “We” means Tech Souls; “you” means the brand or creator using the platform. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.

Luvenex is a marketplace. Brands post work and creators apply, or a brand offers work to a creator directly. The agreement to do the work is between the brand and the creator — we are not a party to it, and we do not produce any of the content ourselves.

We take the brand’s payment and hold it against the booking until the work is approved, then pass it to the creator. We do this to make the marketplace work, and so neither side has to trust the other with money up front.

We are not a bank, a payment institution or a licensed escrow provider. Money held against a booking is not a deposit, earns no interest, and is not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

We charge a service fee of 5% to the brand and 5% to the creator on each completed booking. Both are shown before a booking is confirmed, so the brand sees the full amount it will pay and the creator sees the amount they will receive.

A booking that is cancelled or refunded is not charged a fee. Fees may change in future, and a change will never apply to a booking already agreed.

To describe the work honestly, to fund a booking it intends to go ahead with, and to review delivered work within five days — approving it or asking for specific changes.

Not to ask for work beyond what was agreed without agreeing new terms, and not to use work outside the usage rights agreed in the booking.

To deliver what was agreed, by the deadline agreed, and to say so early if that is at risk. Work submitted must be your own and must not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Where the law or a platform’s rules require paid content to be disclosed as such, you are responsible for disclosing it.

A brand funds a booking from its Luvenex wallet, topped up by bank transfer or by card where that option is available. The money is held against that booking.

It is released to the creator when the brand approves the work. If the brand does not respond within five days of delivery, it is released automatically — this stops delivered work going unpaid because nobody looked at it. The brand can still raise a complaint afterwards.

Withdrawals require identity verification first. Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If the two sides cannot agree, either can raise a complaint on the booking. We look at what was agreed, what was delivered and the messages between the two sides, and decide how the held money is split. We aim to answer within five working days.

Our decision settles what happens to the money we are holding. It does not stop either side pursuing the matter elsewhere.

Taking a booking off the platform to avoid fees after meeting here. Giving false information, including about who you are or your audience. Harassing other users. Infringing copyright. Using the platform for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to display it on Luvenex so the platform can work — showing your portfolio to brands, your reels in the feed, and your profile in search.

You also allow us to use what you upload to showcase Luvenex. That means the photos, videos and reels a creator or model uploads, a brand’s name and logo, and the name, handle and profile photo on an account may appear on the homepage, on the Luvenex app, in featured and “top creators” sections, in search and discovery pages, and in Luvenex’s own promotion of the platform, including our social media accounts, advertisements and emails. We do this free of charge and without further notice, and we will credit the creator by name or handle where the format allows.

We do not sell your content or license it to anyone else. Deleting a piece from your portfolio or closing your account removes it from the site, and we stop using it in new promotion; material already published, printed or sent may remain where it is. If you would rather a particular piece were not used to promote Luvenex, tell us at inquiry@luvenex.com and we will take it out of new promotion.

Rights to the work a creator delivers to a brand are whatever the two of them agreed in the booking. We do not acquire rights to it.

You can close your account at any time. Any booking already funded must finish or be cancelled first, and any wallet balance can be withdrawn. What we keep afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We are responsible for running the platform honestly and for handling money correctly. We are not responsible for the quality of work a creator delivers, or for a brand’s commercial results from a campaign — those are between the two of them.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the fees we charged on the booking in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account holders, and it will not apply retrospectively to a booking already agreed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
