Before work begins, the brand transfers the amount to Luvenex and a Luvenex admin verifies that transfer before it counts as paid. Card payments are not live yet.
The money sits with the platform while the work is done. The creator can see that it exists; the brand has not lost control of it.
When the brand approves the work, the amount moves to the creator's Luvenex wallet. If the collaboration is cancelled before that, the brand is refunded.
Withdrawals are requested from the wallet and paid out by Luvenex. Identity verification is required before a first payout is released.
Luvenex holds the payment as the platform running the collaboration. It is not a licensed escrow service and does not describe itself as one. The terms and the refund policy set out what happens in a dispute, a cancellation and a refund.

The brand funds the collaboration up front by bank transfer, and a Luvenex admin verifies the transfer before the money counts as paid. The creator submits the work inside the collaboration and the brand either approves it or asks for a revision, with every version kept on the record. The payment is held by the platform and released to the creator's wallet on approval, after which the creator can request a withdrawal. Identity verification is required before a withdrawal is paid out. Card payments are not live yet.
Not yet. You can add your Instagram profile link to your Luvenex profile, but Luvenex does not connect to Instagram accounts and does not read views, reach or engagement from them. What a brand sees today is what happens inside the collaboration: submitted work, revisions and approvals.
Creating an account, publishing a profile and listing services is free. A platform fee is deducted when a collaboration completes, and it is itemised on the collaboration itself, so both sides can see what was taken and what was paid out.
