4. Responsibility for payments
Tech Souls is the merchant of record for every payment made on this website. When a brand funds a booking, the money is received by Tech Souls and held against that booking until the work is approved or the booking is cancelled, at which point it is paid to the creator or returned to the brand under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Luvenex is not a bank, a payment institution or a licensed escrow provider. It holds money only as part of operating this marketplace, and does not pay interest on balances or offer any banking service.
5. Content on the platform
Profiles, reels, portfolios and campaign briefs are published by the brands and creators who use Luvenex, and remain theirs. Tech Souls owns the platform itself — the software, the Luvenex name and the design — but does not claim ownership of user content.
